Display Order Form Terms and Agreements
Terms:
1.
All Display requests must come through the website.
•No requests will be taken over the phone.
•Requests left on voicemail will be returned
2.
One ACCOUNT per submitted request please.
3.
Limit: One display per request please
4.
All Displays must be agreed upon with Marketing Dept. before an order form can be submitted.
5.
Minimum of 2 weeks needed for all displays. Less than minimum time may result in a rejected request. More time may be needed when out sourcing signs and banners.
6.
Salesperson is responsible to be present during display installation unless agreed otherwise with Marketing Dept.
7.
All displays must be accompanied by billback information. All billback information will be analyzed after the displays end to gauge the success of the display.
8.
Minimum of 1 month duration for display is needed.
9.
You are responsible for notifying the Marketing Dept. when the display is scheduled to be uninstalled. All materials, signs, and POS must be returned to the Marketing Dept. The account cannot keep any materials used in the display for any reason.
